Our Data Collection team in the USA (Detroit) is seeking an experienced and ambitious Team Leader to drive nationwide data collection operations. If you are a technical leader passionate about ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle technologies and looking for a highimpact role managing complex, multistate data collection campaigns, Join us! The Data Collection USA Team is responsible foracquiring, analyzing, and managing specialized road data from a wide range of sensors and radars. Our team stands out for its endtoend data collection capabilities from installing and configuring measurement systems, debugging and data validation, to planning and executing large-scale collection campaigns. \n What will your job look like: Lead the Detroit-based data collection team, managing execution of real-world driving scenario capture, edge-case testing, and continuous improvement of data quality and pipeline efficiency for ADAS/AV algorithm training and validation. Work hands-on with test vehicles: flash software, install and configure measurement devices, and ensure proper test conditions. Analyze and validate collected data; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals; deliver data analysis reports and quality summaries. Evaluate and enhance daily workflows, tools, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency and testing accuracy. All you need is: Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in an automotive-related engineering field. 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry in a leadership or managerial position. Proven project and budget management experience. Hands-on technical experience with prototype or test vehicles. Familiarity with Linux, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI. Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet). Basic electronics skills (soldering, low-voltage systems, component replacement). Valid U.S. driver’s license.
