Overview: MLBB Hot Pot is a vibrant, customer-focused restaurant specializing in fresh, flavorful hot pot dining. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Server/Host to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, seated promptly, and provided with attentive service throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen Deliver dishes and ensure guest satisfaction during their meal Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and host areas Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Qualifications: Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay plus tips Staff meal discounts Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement How to Apply: Submit your application through Indeed or visit us in person at MLBB Hot Pot.
