About the role: The Fleet Support Specialist assists the Fleet Managers and National Accounts in the delivery of contracted fleet management services for our National Account Fleet Customers. Manage all daily service processes with Dealers and Customers to drive customer satisfaction. Drive service provider process compliance through metric-based performance reports. Manage program administrative tasks, including applicable system updates, service provider contract management, service quote reviews, and PM completion and dispatch. Assisting with Monthly responsibilities as required by the Fleet Administration Manager. What you will do: • Ensures a High Level of Customer Service so that National Fleet Account User inquiries are answered promptly and accurately in the provision of information relating to repair updates, application issues, customer feedback, and general maintenance, as well as payment/invoicing. Inquiries may be received through multiple communication channels, including telephone, e-mail, and departmental representatives. • Responsible for following up on dispatch requests and ensuring proper data entry practices are developed. Investigating internally/externally to ensure information is accurate. • Ongoing review of work processes within the Fleet Management Team and development of action plans for continuous Improvement efforts aligned with the company's business plan. • Communicate National Account service agreements with servicing dealers and ensure customer requirements are met. • Coordinated support efforts through regular communications with Service Support, Parts Support, Warranty, and the Technical Publications and National Accounts. • Maintains a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date, accurate information to our National Accounts and Dealers. • Collaborate with Fleet Managers to ensure customer satisfaction through recurring meetings. Where: • Hybrid position based out of Grand Rapids, MI What you need to have: • MS Office Suite; additional benefit if experience with ERP software systems and specialized software (centralized billing, fleet reporting, etc.). • Intermediate level data analysis capability using MS Excel and/or MS Access • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks accurately • Ability to communicate ideas and proposals verbally and in writing so others will understand • Present results and lead discussions to group audiences What would be nice to have: • Direct experience with managing material handling equipment fleets. Experience using ERP systems with asset management functions. • Knowledge of fleet management concepts and metrics (e.g., CPH, Utilization %, 4-R's, etc.) • Experience using formal fleet reporting software. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
