Description: At Tommy's Express the pace is fast, but every day is fun! Tasks are diverse so there is always something new to do. You will feel pride in your work and embrace challenges. We will teach you what you need to know, you only need to bring a positive attitude and a desire to be the best that you can be! Sales Associates greet our guest as the first face they see when visiting our wash. They handle card, electronic, and cash sales at the drive-thru-style window. Also assist guests with their existing or creating accounts and a few troubleshooting issues over the phone or in person to ensure that the best guest experience has been provided. • Be the best first impression for our guests • Greet our guests as they pull up to our pay lane. • Always be friendly and courteous • Make recommendations on the best wash package that matches our guest's needs • Promote our Unlimited Membership to all that come to the window • Conduct cash and credit transactions • Help guests sign up for our unlimited club by employing a wash tech to meet them in the vacuum area • Deal with membership issues as the arise. • Troubleshoot gate issues that may arise. • Perform any other duties required by the Manager on Duty. • Presell our wash packages and unlimited memberships to help expedite the flow of traffic at the pay lane. • Maintain an upbeat, positive and energetic energy while at work. Position pays $12-$15/hour depending on relevant customer service experience! Requirements: • High school diploma or GED preferred • Candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional soft skills, and a love of people Additional Info: Tommys Express is an express style car wash that dares to be different. Different than the usual dark icky tunnel with barcode stickers that don't work and rollers that can damage wheels.
