As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll engage with clients face-to-face in local residential communities and help them discover the best solutions for their needs. Responsibilities as an AT&T Customer Representative: • Interact with customers directly at their places of residence and present products and services that best meet their needs • Use a consultative approach to identify customer challenges and priorities, offering personalized sales recommendations that deliver value and enhance their AT&T experience • Establish and maintain strong connections with customers and clients to understand their needs • Customize sales solutions that address specific customer requirements, ensuring every recommendation is thoughtful and well-suited to their unique situation • Prioritize AT&T client satisfaction by responding to inquiries and concerns with urgency and professionalism, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression • Work closely with the AT&T Sales Team to share insights and strategies to develop an innovative approach that contribute to company success AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications: • Previous experience as a customer service representative and sales preferred • Passion for helping customers and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions • Familiarity with sales principles and techniques, or a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment • Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions in a fast-paced setting • Motivation to achieve sales targets and a proactive approach to pursuing opportunities AT&T Customer Representative Overview: • Job Location: Houston, TX, candidate will be required to assist office meetings in Houston and will be assigned residential communities to cover • Employment Type: Full-time • Client & Products/Services: Partnered with AT&T to promote and enroll customers in their new wireless and internet services • Compensation: Commission-based — average earnings range from $80-$155 per customer enrolled and unit sold, with most employees completing at least one sale per day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
