```Duties``` - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain patient records and update necessary information in electronic systems (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) - Coordinate with dental providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist preferred - Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes - Proficient in using electronic health record systems (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) - Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient records and appointments - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
