Act as liaison between business and IT to deliver technical solutions by analyzing business requirements, supporting testing, and driving issue resolution.
7+ years BSA experience in advisory or wealth management, strong communication, testing experience, and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Role: Executive BSA Contract: 12 months (potential extension/conversion) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid Schedule preferred/Remote also considered) This BSA role is to support Separately Managed Account work. Traditional BSA experience plus Wealth Mgmt/SMA experience required. Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and documentation • Experience working in advisory or wealth management environments • Familiarity with managed account platforms and model delivery processes • Self-motivated and able to dig into work independently with minimal supervision or feedback • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience with cross-functional teams and agile delivery environments Job Description: 7+ years of BSA/BA experience Experience working in advisory or wealth management environments is required. Demonstrated interpersonal (written and oral) Comfortable in a highly matrixed work environment Ability to figure things out in an ambiguous work environment. Testing experience required. Managed Account experience would be nice, but not required. The purpose of this role is to act as the liaison between the business and IT organizations to provide business-critical or complex technical solutions that meet user needs and improve business performance by providing the technical analysis of business requirements (including translation into functional requirements), problem-solving solving and troubleshooting as part of a larger project team. Accountable for ensuring that clear, concise requirements have been captured. Participate in testing, drive issue resolution, support the implementation check-out process, and develop all procedural documentation and manuals.
