Drive customer onboarding and engagement strategy, manage cross-functional partnerships, lead program execution and change management, and identify product investment opportunities.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in product/service/program management or software development, expert knowledge of federal security frameworks, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and experience launching and improving product features in the market.
Enhance customer satisfaction through better onboarding and engagement experiences. Drive strategy in partnership with leaders across engineering, field, finance, and trust and compliance teams. Advocate for customer experience improvements and new feature requests with engineering and business leadership through a data driven approach. Drive program execution and lead a clear end-to-end view of expected business outcomes for owned processes, anticipating and mitigating risks. Manage stakeholder engagement rhythm and partnerships by addressing pain points to resolve challenges and to drive sustainment of improvements. Lead change management using advanced understanding of the business and continuous improvement. Identify new areas of opportunity for product investment to expand market and offerings. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development Expert knowledge of Federal Risk Authorization and Management Program requirements and their application to cloud service providers and deployments, National Institute of Standards and Technology security controls and frameworks, and Federal Information Security Modernization Act requirements. Solid communications skills (written and oral). Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
