The Job As the Assistant Security Shift Manager at Mandalay Bay, you’ll help protect one of the most dynamic resorts on the Strip, where entertainment, nightlife, and unforgettable experiences converge. You’ll lead your team with confidence, ensure every shift is fully staffed and running smoothly, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
