As our Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you are the friendly face and powerful voice of cutting-edge solutions in the community. Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Service Associate: • Introduce Verizon’s benefits to new customers and business customers, highlighting connectivity, productivity, and entertainment. • Assess customer needs to present customized wireless solutions, ensuring a positive sales experience. • Handle all sales, upgrades, and service enrollments efficiently, maintaining accuracy and compliance. • Track customer feedback to continually enhance service and offerings. • Participate in local outreach events to strengthen Verizon's community presence. • Guide customers through onboarding, device setup, and plan features. • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to adjust approach. • Contribute to team training by sharing insights and sales techniques. • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, upholding integrity and service. Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate: • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong organizational and people skills • Patient and empathetic to customer concerns • Willingness to work in flexible scheduling • Motivated to hit weekly and monthly goals • High School diploma or equivalent is required (college education is a plus) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $2,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
