ROOST Philadelphia completely reimagines the temporary living situation.  ROOST offers much more than fully furnished apartments with flexible lease terms; we offer the opportunity to live comfortably in a thoughtfully designed space, engage and connect through heartening human interaction, and find countless opportunities to experience new things during our guest’s stays.  ROOST is a fully furnished extended stay residence designed for travelers who will be away from home for an extended period of time. Our operations are similar to traditional hotel with a 24-hour front office, housekeeping services, and offering personalized amenities. Job Description: * Location: Roost Philadelphia (East Market) * Organize materials, tools, and equipment to perform daily assignments. * Organize materials, tools, and equipment to perform daily assignments. * Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program. * Check pending work orders daily and address each work order in a timely fashion. * Perform basic electrical work * Perform basic plumbing work * Perform Preventive Maintenance work orders as needed * Check HVAC equipment * Perform general maintenance to resident suites and public areas.
