As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, bring positivity to the floor, and ensure every family leaves with smiles, memories, and maybe even a Peppa plushie or two. What You’ll Be Doing (Your Magical Mission!) Be our on-the-floor superstar! Showcase top-tier guest service and set the standard for the Retail Team across all commercial areas. Lead with energy & enthusiasm Guide your team to deliver world-class guest experiences and consistently hit KPIs & Mystery Visit targets. Train & develop your team Support ongoing training, help new hires shine, and build a strong, FUN, guest-obsessed team! Support scheduling & staffing Work with the Retail Manager to create smart labor plans for varying days and seasons. Help drive retail magic Assist with merchandising, inventory control, replenishment, product ordering—and ensure the shop is always looking its best. Keep things tidy & safe Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal. Be the guest hero Help resolve guest issues with kindness, confidence, and professionalism. Be a Duty Manager leader Oversee attraction operations during assigned shifts, supporting all departments with clarity and care. Track & report what matters Keep an eye on KPIs, dwell times, inventory levels, and performance metrics—and help your team grow through ongoing feedback. Celebrate creativity & teamwork Support incentive programs, encourage fresh ideas, and help your team feel valued and inspired. Who You Are You are… A positive, energetic leader Experienced (2+ years) in retail or visitor attractions Fantastic with people—team members and guests Calm under pressure and quick on your feet An excellent communicator with strong sales skills Someone who LOVES making families happy! Education requirements: High school diploma or GED required (college a plus!) Requirements & Abilities You are able to: Stand, walk, bend, move, and be on the go throughout your shift Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Work in varying indoor/outdoor temperatures Use computer systems and POS tools Work flexible hours—mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays You’ll also follow all safety guidelines and ensure your team does the same to keep our guests, staff, and attraction safe and sparkling.
