Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. About the Role As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $80,000-$87,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Set Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm Set Location: 3319 N.
