We are seeking a Auto Sales Rep at our Dallas location. We offer a competitive pay plan and benefits. Sales process is typically completed within 2 hours with plenty of time for 3 or more sales in a day. We pay every 2 weeks, no waiting on funding. Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. • Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure inventory is well-managed and stocked. • Utilize effective negotiation skills to finalize deals and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven dealership experience in automotive sales • Strong public speaking and communication skills • Excellent customer service and retail sales background • Proficient in outbound sales and sales support • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management • Negotiation skills and experience in high-end sales • Ability to manage inventory and perform retail math • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $37,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Do you understand the process of selling used vehicles?
