We are looking for an experienced Oracle Enterprise Architect to join our growing team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess a deep understanding of Oracle technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks. <>Role Overview: As an Oracle Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for driving the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Oracle solutions in a cloud or hybrid environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams to ensure the technical architecture aligns with business goals and drives digital transformation across the enterprise. <>Key Responsibilities: • Solution Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end Oracle solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. • Strategic Planning: Work closely with business and IT leaders to define long-term technology roadmaps and strategies using Oracle technologies (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle databases, etc.). • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and architecture. • Cloud Architecture: Lead the design and integration of cloud-based Oracle solutions (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). • Governance & Best Practices: Establish architectural standards, governance processes, and best practices for Oracle technologies across the enterprise. • Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, ensuring technical excellence in implementation and troubleshooting. • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to system architecture and integrations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Documentation: Maintain detailed architecture documents, design specifications, and implementation guidelines. <>Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle enterprise architecture, design, and implementation. • Oracle Expertise: Strong experience with Oracle technologies such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Databases (e.g., Oracle 12c, 19c), Oracle Applications, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Identity and Access Management. • Cloud Solutions: Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle-based cloud solutions (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle SaaS). • Architecture Frameworks: Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture methodologies. • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making at senior levels. • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of system integration, middleware solutions, data management, and security frameworks in an enterprise environment. • Certifications: Oracle Certified Architect (OCA), Oracle Cloud certifications, or TOGAF certification is highly preferred. • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive attitude.
