Manage and support multiple Workday modules including configuration, testing, training, reporting, and user support.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, software administration experience, strong communication and Excel skills, with Workday experience and certifications preferred.
About the position Responsibilities • Serve as the system administrator for multiple Workday modules, including setup, configuration, testing, training, and user support • Manage assigned functional areas such as recruiting, onboarding, staffing, compensation, performance, succession, benefits, payroll, absence, time tracking, scheduling, or compliance • Maintain assigned modules during system updates or upgrades and communicate changes to end users when needed • Partner with HR teams and leadership to understand business needs, document requirements, and recommend thoughtful technology solutions • Build and test prototype solutions in sandbox environments and migrate approved changes to production • Create and deliver job aids and training to business partners, managers, and Workday users • Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support accurate data and informed decision-making • Configure and manage business processes and security roles in alignment with policies and governance • Stay current on Workday updates through active engagement in Workday Community and user events • Handle sensitive HR data with professionalism and confidentiality • May lead cross-functional HR technology projects as needed Requirements • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience (2 years of experience may substituted for 1 year of education) • Experience administering and/or supporting software solutions in a business environment • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to audiences with diverse technical background • Proficient Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel • Strong attention to details • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities Nice-to-haves • Master's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field • One or more years' experience in Workday HCM • Experience with Workday business process framework, security configuration, and administration • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics • Workday Pro Certifications • Project management certification (e.g. Project+, CAPM, PMP, etc.) • HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, etc.) • Familiarity with Lean principles (value stream mapping, etc.) Benefits • Competitive weekly pay • Profit-sharing cash bonus program • 401(k) with matching contributions • 25 days Paid Time Off (for vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time, etc.) • Medical insurance, including health, dental, vision and prescription drug plan • Supplemental plans, including life insurance • Fully-paid parental leave • Health Center and Pharmacy • Tuition reimbursement • Credit Union • Exercise and recreation facility • Wellness programs with incentives • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Short-term and long-term disability benefits (company-paid)
