We specialize in interactive play and kids' birthday parties, ensuring every event is filled with joy, discovery, and pure fun. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member who is available to work on weekends, holidays, and weekdays. This role includes the following key responsibilities: • Answering phone calls and welcoming customers • Leading facility tours for guests • Managing the employee schedule for the upcoming week • Retaining and accurately recalling all company information • Operating our custom POS system to book parties • Keeping detailed records and following up with customers regarding their reservations • Processing payments and upselling party packages • Handling basic social media tasks • Performing light cleaning and upkeep to maintain the facility • Managing credit card transactions • Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, requests, and bookings • Ensuring seamless party operations, managing staff, and engaging with customers Requirements: • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Excellent memory retention and attention to detail • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure • A genuine love for working with children • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills • Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean environment (ability to lift up to 40 lbs) • A proactive self-starter who thrives in independent work • A positive attitude with a professional appearance SMILING, FUN, AND LAUGHTER ARE ESSENTIAL!
