About the Role We're looking for a Production Team Lead to guide daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid manufacturing background and a history of successfully leading teams. You'll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement to elevate safety, product quality, and overall productivity. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and develop production team members to achieve operational targets. • Coordinate and assign tasks to optimize workflow and meet production timelines. • Enforce safety protocols through regular audits and comprehensive training programs. • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean to eliminate inefficiencies and boost performance. • Analyze production data to pinpoint trends and areas needing improvement. • Work alongside Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance performance. • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. • Participate in root cause analyses and implement corrective actions. Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing setting, with prior leadership experience. • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement projects, ideally with Lean or Six Sigma. • In-depth knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with production reporting tools and basic computer applications.
