Oversee daily cafeteria operations including food prep, staff supervision, food safety compliance, and inventory management.
Requires experience managing food service operations, knowledge of food safety procedures, and preferably ServSafe certification and K-12 experience.
School Food Service Manager needed for food service program in the Westfield, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7 hours daily. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off. ServSafe® certification a plus. K through 12 experience a plus. • Over see cafeteria operation on a daily basis. • Serving, food prep,etc. • Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times • Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork. • Over see cafeteria staff, and staffing needs.
