Full Description

Description The Electrician position will assist technical teams of detailers, designers and engineers to create world class detail on a variety of projects. The position will help complete many tasks including prewiring containers with lights and switches, and running wires to pumps, motors and generators. • Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulations. • Reading different types of schematics and P&ID's • Recording materials that are used on the job. • Commercial/ industrial experience • Bending and installing conduit ranging from sizes 1/2'" to 4" • Terminating a variety of wire styles and sizes in panels. Requirements • High school diploma • Valid current state/local electrical license (Preferred) • Two years of trade school or related experience (Preferred) • Two years of experience as an electrician in a similar-sized institution in an engineering or maintenance occupation. • Working knowledge of local, state and the National Electric Code (NEC). • Knowledge of AC and DC wiring is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work in collaborative team environment. • Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Demonstrated leadership skills. • Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.
