We’re seeking a dynamic, driven, and strategic Territory Sales Manager to join a growing team. What is the Job? • Drive Sales & Growth: Exceed sales and profit goals for the wire product line. • Strategize & Execute: Develop go-to-market strategies, identify conversion opportunities, and build brand awareness within your territory. • Educate & Influence: Engage with contractors, builders, inspectors, and distributors through training, trade shows, and educational forums. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to share insights, support product development, and elevate organizational knowledge. • Represent the Brand: Serve as a brand ambassador in trade communities and industry events. What is Needed? • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 8+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry. • Experience working with or as an Electrical Contractor is highly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, CRM systems, and ERP platforms. • Strong skills in strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to create and execute regional marketing plans and educational initiatives.
