Our client is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team as direct hire. You will basically be a general handy man for a big name medical company! Like to be on the move? That is great because in this position you will travel between a couple local facilities and of course be reimbursed mileage. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Mullica Hill, NJ Pay Range: $30/hour Shift: M-F 8am- 5pm - OT as needed What's the Job? • Diagnose and repair plumbing problems • Diagnose and repair electrical systems • Respond to heating, ventilating, and air conditioning calls • Minor roof repairs • Door repair/adjustments • General carpentry and painting as needed • Light landscape maintenance • Trash pick-up and other miscellaneous work What's Needed? • 5+ years experience in maintenance or a related technical field preferred • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and follow safety guidelines. • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle. • HVAC certification preferred.
