Warehouse Picking and Packing We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team for the seasonal picking and packing operation. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shifts will vary between 1st shift and 2nd shift. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick sheets. • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards. • Ensure quality control by checking items for accuracy and damage before shipping. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Assist with loading/unloading of trucks as needed. • Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and company policies. Requirements: • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or general labor experience preferred but not required (training provided). • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily production goals. • Flexible availability to work various shifts and days, including weekends and overtime as required. • Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse. Compensation: • Seasonal Positions will pay between $17 - $20 per hour. • Opportunity for overtime and possible extension based on performance and business needs.
