Electronics & Wire Harness Assembler Location:Loveland, CO Pay Range:$21.00 - $25.15/hour (DOE) Position Overview Join our custom cable team as anElectronics & Wire Harness Assembler, where you'll build high-quality semi-rigid cables and wire harnesses used in electromechanical assemblies. These components support critical industries includingmedical, renewable energy, aerospace, and robotics, ensuring safe and efficient data transmission to machine parts. Key Responsibilities • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot cables-including phase matching-per customer specifications, Bills of Materials (BOM), and schematics. • Measure, bend, and cut cables to precise lengths; assemble fittings and solder cable ends. • Perform quality assurance checks, apply labels and identification, and prepare products for shipment. • Accurately document processes, including Work Instructions (WI), Certificates of Compliance (COC), and related records. • Learn and apply industry standards such as IPC 620, ISO 9001, and RoHS. • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment. Qualifications • Proficient with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, rulers, calculators). • Skilled in using hand tools and small assembly tools. • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable working under deadlines while maintaining quality standards. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Competent in basic math, including metric and standard measurements. Education & Experience • Associate's degree in Electronics Technology preferred; equivalent experience considered. • Solid understanding of general and technical aspects of electronics assembly. Additional Requirements • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. • Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must qualify as a "U.S. person" (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized under 22 CFR 120.15).
