Why You’ll Love Working Here • Consistent weekday schedule—your evenings and weekends are yours • Supportive, collaborative team environment • Opportunities to learn new tools, equipment, and assembly techniques • A company culture rooted in strong core values and a commitment to quality Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong team player with excellent communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies • Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work with focus and accuracy • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on tasks • Willingness to learn, grow, and master new skills • Ability to speak, read, and write in English Preferred Qualifications • Experience with manufacturing processes, technology, or tools • Ability to read and understand blueprints • Experience using MRP/ERP systems • 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience What You’ll Do • Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Manual • Support and adhere to our Quality Management System • Demonstrate and promote our Core Values in daily work • Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company information • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders (Travelers), and related documentation • Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools for inspections • Operate drills, presses, specialized tools, and assembly equipment to install bushings, rivets, nuts, bolts, and other components • Safely handle and apply paints, adhesives, and sealants while following PPE and SDS guidelines • Set up assembly tools and fixtures to ensure proper sub-assembly and final assembly • Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or process concerns to your supervisor • Build strong, cooperative working relationships with team members Physical Demands & Work Environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to support individuals with disabilities. You should be able to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally 35+ lbs. Close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus are required. This position takes place in a plant environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, airborne particles, and electrical components. Safety glasses and safety-toe footwear are required in manufacturing areas. Noise levels are generally moderate, and ear protection is available if needed.
