Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper (Part-Time) Location: Jenkintown, PA (In-Office Only) Company: MANAGEMENT SA5 MANAGEMENT SA5 is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk / Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our 27 partnerships. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and able to manage multiple projects with accuracy. Flexible Daytime In-Office Hours are available. Key Responsibilities • Print & Process Checks and Vendor payments • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including bank and credit card activity • Maintain and Update QuickBooks Files and Excel Schedules for all partnerships • Review and code expenses to proper projects/classes • Prepare and send invoices; ensure all vendor bills are processed and paid on time • Run weekly expense reports for management review • Assist with month-end closings • Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and policy compliance prior to Check Issuance • Provide general administrative support as needed Required Experience & Skills • Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience (Desktop and Online – Required) • 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple entities and projects simultaneously • Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards and double-entry bookkeeping methods • Proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry accuracy; basic knowledge of payroll processing is beneficial Preferred Qualifications • Experience preparing P&L reports • Tax or Accounting Background • Ability to handle a high volume of transactions Work Schedule • Part-time (15–20 hours per week) • Monday–Friday • Flexible daytime hours (no weekends) Compensation & Benefits • Starting Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (commensurate with experience) • Bonus opportunities • Paid time off • Retirement plan (IRA) • Flexible schedule Work Location • In-person – Jenkintown, PA 19046 (No Remote Work; Must be able to commute) Join our team to make a meaningful impact through precise financial management!
