Job Title: Remote Life Insurance Representative (Entry Level) Location: Remote – United States Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Life Insurance Representative will support clients throughout the life insurance application process by providing guidance, managing documentation, and ensuring consistent and professional communication. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video to gather required information and respond to inquiries. • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and submitting supporting documents. • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date client records within internal systems. • Track application progress and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure smooth processing. • Coordinate with advisors and internal teams to support daily operational needs. Required Qualifications • Prior experience in insurance services or customer support is preferred. • Proficiency with CRM, email and online collaboration tools. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • High attention to detail and comfort handling documentation.
