About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking a Regulatory Operations Manager to join a cross-functional team that supports global business operations. This team coordinates internally with customers, partners, and local governments to ensure successful outcomes for the community, with a focus on Services and Experiences verticals that enhance customer experiences through specialized services and authentic local experiences. As a Regulatory Operations Manager, you will shape the operational and regulatory landscape of these offerings, drive alignment with cross-functional teams on execution plans, manage regulatory processes, and triage internal and external inquiries. We are looking for an exceptionally effective, entrepreneurial, collaborative professional with excellent communication skills who can be the voice for partner experience while aligning strategy and execution across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and scale operational plans to gather, verify, and maintain regulatory requirements across geographies and business categories Analyze data to identify trends, surface anomalies, and support risk assessments using SQL and dashboarding tools Generate both one-off reports and dynamic dashboards to demonstrate, track, and monitor compliance Build, validate, and QA reporting pipelines and workflows to support regulatory and internal requirements Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and external partners to deliver automated, scalable compliance solutions and technical requirements Monitor and report on key deliverables and milestones, communicating outcomes and recommendations to leadership Advocate for the partner experience, ensuring regulatory changes and data initiatives are implemented with marketplace needs in mind Manage and resolve escalations, inquiries, and incidents related to regulatory products and services Qualifications 5+ years' progressive experience in compliance operations, legal operations, project/program management, data analytics, or related regulated industries in dynamic, ambiguous environments Proven track record launching, scaling, and analyzing compliance programs Experience working with large, imperfect datasets in SQL and dashboard/BI tools Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and drive results in matrixed environments without direct authority Excellent communication skills with ability to translate regulatory and business needs into actionable data and operational solutions Demonstrated adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on leadership style Exposure to AI-enabled tools in compliance, legal, or operations is a plus Commitment to ethical standards and values Key Details Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred but Pacific Time Zone acceptable) Start Date: January 6, 2026 Duration: 12 months (through January 6, 2027) Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) Pay Rate Range: $65-$75 per hour Position Type: Contract
