Using your attention to detail, you will be responsible for processing patients Financial Assistance applications and ensuring specific criteria is met and documentation is provided to qualify for the Main Line Health Charity Care Program. Position: Financial Assistance Representative - Single Billing Office Shift: Day shift Experience: • 1+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare billing experience, and/or accounts receivable experience. • Experience with automated patient account systems preferred; Epic Resolute is desirable. • Microsoft Office applications experience • Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology is preferred • Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required Licensures/Certifications: N/A
