Role Description We are seeking an Associate, Commercial Strategy and Insights to support the commercial growth of SAINT. This role will bring data-driven insights to shape strategy and execution across the Commercial team (including Sales, Marketing and Market Access) and support cross-functional collaboration, with the ultimate goals of accelerating growth of patient treatments, revenue, and patient access. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with immediate impact in an early-stage and mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Commercial performance tracking and insights: Support the development and implementation of KPI tracking, including working with team members across the Commercial organization to drive adoption of reporting tools (focus on Salesforce); develop data-driven insights to understand root causes of commercial performance and to identify opportunities to accelerate growth and mitigate risks • Market data, analytics, and insight generation: Serve as the internal expert on healthcare and payer market data and conduct analyses to support Sales, Marketing, and Market Access, e.g. inform targeting of accounts, referring providers, and commercial payers • Sales operations: Conduct analyses to inform design of sales territories and quotas as the Sales team grows and evolves • Cross-functional strategic initiatives: Provide analytic and program management support for high priority strategic initiatives based on business need Ideal Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, preference for Business, Economics, or a Healthcare-related field • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting or in a strategy or business analytics role; preference for Healthcare or Life Sciences experience • Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate data into actional insights; Salesforce experience is a plus • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • A proactive can-do attitude and readiness to take initiative • Passion for the company's mission Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 Annually This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Magnus' compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Magnus utilizes the full width of the range.
