Join our team at MagickWoods, a leading cabinet manufacturer experiencing rapid growth and seeking talented individuals to contribute to our success! The Field Sales Representative will represent, promote, and grow all MagickWoods programs in our retail partners, while capturing market share from existing competitors. Sales for this product will be gained through product sales training, competitive analysis, and computer design program training. Please note: For strong candidates, we are willing to train in our business and product line if skills are not already possessed. Even though this position is remote, the ideal candidate MUST live in the Houston/Austin/ San Antonio TX region. Reports To: Director of Field Sales Accountabilities: • Grow and maintain all our MagickWoods programs at our retail partners in the Houston/Austin/ San Antonio, TX region. • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN KITCHEN AND BATH CABINET SALES or related field • Train and become mentors for retail associates. • Assist designers in closing store sales. • Manage sales visits to each partner in the territory. This requires the ability to travel frequently, with overnights to cover the entire territory. • Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers. • Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion. Required Knowledge Skills and Experience: • Outgoing, driven personality • Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills • Experience with large home centers • Willingness to learn • Kitchen design experience strongly preferred • 20.20 Design software experience strongly preferred • Willing to travel 25% outside of region. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s-level degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred; or 3-4 years of sales experience within the cabinet industry.
