MS Office/PowerPoint experience Progressive experience in project and program management Experience managing people, performance, developing processes and change management practices for medium to large teams Strong experience and verifiable success in delivering high-value client-facing software projects that span multiple teams and customers Track record of developing and improving consistent and repeatable outcomes across a Project Management Office Progressive Operational Leadership or Consultative experience in either a hospital or Health System setting Exp with program dev that relies on thorough synthesis & understanding of clinical evidence/outcomes, process flow analysis, end-user relations etc. Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving experience Thorough understanding of core business processes within healthcare organizations required.
