Full Description

Our client, a distribution and logistics company, is looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join their team in Pennsauken, NJ. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, handling equipment repairs, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure a safe and efficient facility. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse machinery, equipment, and building systems. • Diagnose issues and complete minor to complex repairs on equipment such as forklifts, conveyor belts, and other machinery. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through regular housekeeping. • Track and manage maintenance and repair supplies. • Assist with warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, and material movement when needed. • Conduct regular pre- and post-shift equipment inspections. Requirements: • 2+ years of maintenance experience with proficiency in hand and power tools and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Pay & Schedule: • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
