BCBA Job Description Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, takes pride in the commitment and quality of service provided to families of children with Autism. Master Faster is growing our team of committed BCBA/LBAs who want to make a difference in the lives of the families we serve by developing treatment goals and fostering its progress through direct supervision of our Behavior Technicians, as well as Parent Trainings. Pay: From $90.00 per hour (Range $90-$105) Responsibilities include: • Conducting Initial and Ongoing Assessments • Develop effective treatment plans for our clients • Supervise BT/RBTs • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to best facilitate skill development • Regular Parent Trainings • Collaborate with Educators • Ensure appropriate documentation of progress.
