Master Faster is growing our team of committed BCBA/LBAs who want to make a difference in the lives of the families we serve by developing treatment goals and fostering its progress through direct supervision of our Behavior Technicians, as well as Parent Trainings. Pay: From $90.00 per hour (Range $90-$105) Responsibilities include: • Conducting Initial and Ongoing Assessments • Develop effective treatment plans for our clients • Supervise BT/RBTs • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to best facilitate skill development • Regular Parent Trainings • Collaborate with Educators • Ensure appropriate documentation of progress.
