Overview Marketing Manager/Specialist to support RF technology across aerospace, defense, medical, and test & measurement. We are seeking a Marketing Manager/Specialist to support innovative RF technology across key industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, and test & measurement. In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and support product growth. From content creation to digital strategy, you’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver results in high-reliability markets. Key Responsibilities Create engaging marketing content including webinars, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, and social media assets. Manage and optimize digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM and website updates. Develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches with targeted content and messaging. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with sales goals and technical positioning. Track and analyze key marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Maintain an editorial calendar and lead content development for thought leadership, product awareness, and lead nurturing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technology-driven or industrial sector. Strong writing and storytelling skills—able to communicate technical value in a customer-focused way. Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, SEO, and content management. Creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Willingness to travel occasionally for events, customer visits, and tradeshows.
