Your ability to bridge technical delivery, compliance requirements, and business value will be central to improving outcomes for patients, providers, and payers alike. Who You Are • You have deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, particularly Medicaid and Medicare programs, and understand the nuances of payer, provider, and government relationships. • You thrive in a regulated, mission-driven environment, balancing compliance, data integrity, and innovation to deliver tangible improvements in care delivery and cost management. • You excel at managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare projects—from eligibility and enrollment modernization to claims management, EHR/EMR integration, and value-based care initiatives. • You are a trusted advisor who can translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery roadmaps, ensuring both business and compliance goals are met. • You communicate effectively across executive, clinical, and technical teams, driving alignment, clarity, and confidence throughout the delivery lifecycle. What You’ll Do • Healthcare Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact healthcare projects—modernizing systems that support Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer operations. • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all solutions adhere to CMS, HIPAA, and state-specific compliance frameworks, while maintaining operational efficiency. • Client Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to healthcare clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeys that enhance care quality and administrative performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and policy experts to deliver integrated healthcare data and analytics solutions. • Data & Technology Strategy: Oversee projects that leverage data pipelines, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and AI-driven analytics to improve decision-making and member outcomes. • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships across payers, providers, and government agencies, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust. • Risk & Quality Management: Identify delivery risks tied to compliance, data governance, or implementation, and lead proactive mitigation efforts. • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine delivery methodologies to ensure scalability, repeatability, and measurable results for healthcare partners. Key Qualifications • 7–15 years of experience in consulting, program management, or product delivery within the healthcare technology or payer/provider space. • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including Medicaid/Medicare, managed care, eligibility & enrollment, and claims administration. • Proven ability to lead large-scale healthcare transformation projects with cross-functional teams and multiple external stakeholders. • Expertise in navigating federal and state healthcare regulations, including CMS compliance, HIPAA, and interoperability standards. • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills; ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executives. • Experience working with EHR/EMR, data integration, and analytics solutions is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies in healthcare environments.
