JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director of the LPGA Foundation provides high-level strategic and operational oversight across the Foundation’s full portfolio of programs, initiatives, and mission-driven activities. Serving as a senior leader within the organization, this role ensures the effective execution, integration, and growth of all Foundation programs, with priorities and focus areas set by the Vice President of the LPGA Foundation & Professionals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at cross-team coordination, and brings strong expertise in nonprofit program management, organizational leadership, and mission alignment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Foundation Program Oversight • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all LPGA Foundation programs, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s mission and longterm objectives. • Execute program priorities as determined by the Vice President, adjusting focus and resourcing as organizational needs evolve. • Ensure consistent quality, impact, and operational excellence across programs. Strategic Planning & Alignment • Support the development and execution of organizationwide strategies that advance the Foundation’s goals. • Collaborate with the Vice President to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans for staff and program areas. • Serve as a connector across LPGA departments to ensure Foundation programs integrate effectively with broader LPGA initiatives. Team Leadership & Management • Manage and mentor program leads and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Ensure team members have the direction, tools, and resources needed to execute programs at a high level. • Support professional development and talent growth across the Foundation team. Stakeholder & Community Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with program partners, chapter leaders, site directors, LPGA Professionals, volunteers, and community organizations. • Represent the LPGA Foundation at events, meetings, and public engagements. • Strengthen communication pipelines between headquarters and field networks to enhance support and responsiveness. Operations, Data & Compliance • Oversee program operations, data tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate measurement of impact and performance. • Ensure compliance with LPGA policies, safety protocols, brand guidelines, and financial procedures. • Support the development of board materials, annual reports, dashboards, and other leadershiplevel documentation. Program Development & Continuous Improvement • Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline, or expand Foundation programs. • Support innovation, scalability planning, and operational improvements as directed by the Vice President. • Contribute subjectmatter expertise to program design, evaluation, and field support models. QUALIFICATIONS Required: • 35 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, youth development, memberbased organizations, and/or sportrelated programs. • Demonstrated experience managing teams, understanding and producing balanced budgets, and multifaceted programs. • Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to think strategically while executing operationally. Preferred: • Understanding of membership organizations, volunteer management, or recreational sports models. • Familiarity with the golf industry and/or the LPGA ecosystem.
