Assistant Manager Purpose To assist in ensuring the store achieves sales targets by coaching and developing the team, driving sales and KPI’s and ensuring the store operates seamlessly. You are responsible for creating an inspirational culture of high-performance and accountability alongside the Store Manager within the store. EXPERTISE AND SKILLS -Proven experience in fast-paced retail environment -Business acumen and sales management background -Customer focus and service mindset -Ability to coach a team to success -Exceptional time management skills -Ability to communicate effectively and with intention -Innovative approach to problem solving -Results-oriented -Managerial courage -Effective decision-making abilities -Ability to create and embrace change
