Role Description: The Senior Manager will lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing functions within the organization. This role will ensure the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities: • Oversee the operations of shared services functions (AR and billing). • Lead the development and implementation of shared services strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Manage service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with business units to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with corporate goals. • Identify and implement automation, standardization, and process improvement opportunities. • Manage and mentor team leads and staff, promoting professional development and high performance. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership. • Foster a culture of customer service, operational excellence, and innovation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 8–12 years of experience in shared services, finance operations, or related functions. • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and shared services operations. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and shared service technologies. • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage large-scale projects and change initiatives. • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on service quality and performance metrics. • Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management in a shared services context.
