THE WORK The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Contracts professionals within the Radars and Sensor Systems (RSS) Line of Business. This role specifically supports the Ground Based Radar Systems submarket segment with a focus on international DCS contracts. The selected candidate will have leadership responsibility for all aspects of pre-acquisition activities and contract negotiation and management, including development of efficient acquisition and contracting strategies in partnership with internal and external customer counterparts. The selected candidate will serve as a valued business leader and partner with business development, program management, functional counterparts and RSS contracts leadership to drive creative and competitive contracting approaches. They will be responsible for driving creative contractual strategies and an innovative mind-set across the diverse business portfolio and will interface regularly with external customers to resolve challenges and support mission success.
