This isn't about churning out blog posts or gaming algorithms. This is about building an authentic voice, telling our story, and creating content that makes Local Infusion impossible to ignore. What You’ll Own: Content Marketing & Editorial Calendar: Plan, create, and manage content across mediums that aligns with our brand and business goals. LinkedIn & Social Media: Grow our LinkedIn presence and make it a place where our audience actually wants to engage. Website & Directories: Develop and optimize our website and directory listings (i.e., Google) to showcase who we are. Thought Leadership: Write articles, presentations, scripts, etc. that position us as leaders in healthcare and the infusion space specifically. Light SEO: Apply smart SEO practices that help people find us without selling out our voice. You Might Be a Fit If You: Are a strong writer who can make complex healthcare topics clear, compelling, and fun Know how to build and execute a content program (not just fill a calendar) Know and love LinkedIn (and have managed it for brands before) Hate fluff and generic marketing speak as much as we do Can balance strategic thinking with rolling up your sleeves to get it done Know how to drive awareness with health plans, systems, and pharma Hate spammy growth hacks and garbage SEO content Care deeply about keeping healthcare warm, human, and cool Success Looks Like: Health systems, payers, and pharma consistently engage with our content Our posts and pieces get shared and talked about because they’re providing real value Our marketing pieces stay fresh, fun, and human no matter how big we get The Local Infusion Way: Local Infusion is a respectful and upbeat team united by our mission to transform the infusion industry.
