Job Summary Moves, locates, relocates, stacks and counts stock with the assistance of a forklift, clamp truck and/or other power equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Moves, locates, relocates, stacks, and counts stock with the assistance of a forklift, clamp truck and/or other power equipment. 2. Unloads inbound shipments and loads outbound shipments safely and efficiently. 3. Moves materials in and out of storage locations accurately and without damage to items. 4. Moves materials from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers and/or other transport vehicles. 5. Stacks and stages materials; fills orders. 6. Pulls and prepares materials for shipment. 7. Maintains equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. 8. Inspects and performs minor maintenance on power equipment. 9. Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner per company policies. 10. Keeps well-organized records and reports; maintains clean, neat, and orderly work area. 11. Ensures proper stock rotation. 12. Complies with all safety rules. 13. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. 14. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements: · Ability to operate a forklift, clamp lift and pallet jack. · Previous working experience in the food industry is a plus. · Bilingual is a plus. · Must commute and work on site in Greeley, CO. Physical Demands · Occasionally required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; bend, lift or climb. · Occasionally required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds). · Occasionally required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater). · Finger dexterity required and hand coordination required. · Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust or focus. Work Environment · Exposure to adverse conditions, including extreme heat, extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions. · Exposure to moving mechanical parts. · Exposure to high, precarious places. · Potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. · Possible risk of electrical shock. · Protective clothing or equipment is required including gloves, hair nets, steel-toed boots, protective eyewear.
