LKQ Pick Your Part Midwest, LLC is part of the LKQ family and offers opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and a supportive work environment. ## Key Responsibilities - Update and maintain product and vendor data in internal systems, including expected dates, notes, and appropriate work order status to notify parties of material availability. - Review vendor order acknowledgements for accuracy of item descriptions, delivery lead times, quantities, and pricing. - Ensure timely receipt of material by due dates and monitor follow-up on vendor back-orders, shipments, and tracking. - Facilitate communication with vendors to confirm order placements and provide PO numbers. - Maintain vendor scorecards to reflect customer satisfaction ratings. - Reconcile purchase orders and invoices and interact with Accounting to ensure suppliers follow invoicing procedures. - Interface with Procurement team members and other departments; work with branch locations on acquisition orders to meet receiving and put-away goals. - Organize and schedule meetings to improve procurement operations efficiency; assist in preparing and auditing RFPs. - Generate reports such as Supplier Performance, Spending by Commodity, and Cost Savings. - May manage general services including purchasing office supplies, mail distribution, office equipment maintenance and repair, and facility-related issues. - Assume other duties as assigned. Not responsible for supervising employees. ## Required Qualifications - High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required; minimum 1+ year of relevant experience. - Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel and frequent use of email, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and graphics. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives. - Basic oral communication and ability to write brief messages and keep simple records; able to explain routine procedures. - Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity and solve routine problems by following clear procedures. ## Preferred Qualifications - College coursework preferred. - Automotive industry background preferred. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour. - Competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth within a large, global organization. ## Additional Information - Position is primarily sedentary (sitting and computer use for extended periods) but the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays, with minimum overnight travel up to approximately 10%. - Work location: onsite at LKQ Pick Your Part Cincinnati (1253 Cincinnati, OH - PYP). - LKQ is an Equal Opportunity Employer (Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled) and provides accessibility assistance for applicants as needed.
