Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years recruitment experience including insurance roles, ATS/CRM proficiency, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.
Job Description: • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates with a focus for life and health insurance and healthcare, including those with Medicaid/Medicare expertise. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding hiring practices, especially within an Independent Contractor model. • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers. • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate outreach, candidate re-engagement campaigns. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions on ideal candidate personas to find high caliber agents for each client. • Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with hiring processes. • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs in insurance and healthcare verticals. • Deliver a top-tier applicant experience throughout the client recruitment process. • Meet class and yearly metrics, providing a diverse talent pool of contractors across all clients. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience required • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, with 1+ years in HR or project management preferred • Proven experience recruiting for licensed life and health insurance roles • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare insurance terminology and compliance • Experience and knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and CRMs • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work remotely • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Benefits: • Health insurance • Flexible work arrangements
