Job description Inside Sales Associate Litehouse Pools & Spas is seeking energetic, persuasive, and detailed individuals for our Inside Sales Associate position. This role combines great customer service and personal sales skills to provide a stellar customer experience. Associates will enjoy the opportunity to control their own destiny and financial rewards with an hourly rate plus un-capped commission by providing unique solutions and peace of mind to individuals and families by selling family home entertainment products such as swimming pools, hot tubs, and outdoor furniture. We are a well-established and successful company that has been providing family entertainment products to the area since 1959. As a locally owned business, we pride ourselves on offering some of the best home-based family-style entertainment products available at affordable prices. Sales Associate Responsibilities Include: · Working effectively to meet the needs of our new customers to best service their desire for family home entertainment. · Quickly responding to customer needs from our existing large customer base. · Closing new business and providing an exceptional client experience. · Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage new leads. · Assist in the day-to-day duties of a retail store The Sales Associate should be: · Assertive · Friendly and positive · Detailed yet able to work in a changing environment with periods of high volume · Resilient and able to work well under pressure · Team-player Qualifications: - Strong communication skills - Prior sales experience a plus - Proficiency in basic math for inventory management Successful applicants’ compensation for the Inside Sales Associate would include: · Hourly rate and un-capped commission compensation structure · Excellent benefits-Health care including Dental and Vision · 401K program with employer matching · Paid time off/Sick time Litehouse is a Drug-Free Workplace Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Parma, OH 44134: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
