Lead and oversee all aspects of Total Rewards including compensation, equity, executive compensation, and benefits globally while managing a team and partnering with executive leadership and the board.
Extensive experience in global Total Rewards, executive compensation, equity strategy, project and change management, leadership of high-performing teams, and strong communication skills with global business partners and executives.

Position Summary Mission: The Rewards function currently has: Progressed in optimizing processes, improving communications, driving program harmonization and improving governance Leveled up the talent quality, performance and engagement levels of the team, bringing up the service quality to the organization The mission of this leader will be: To continue improving these trends while also partnering effectively with the CPCO, PCLT, ELT, Corporate partners and Compensation Committee to ensure the next phase of improvement and innovation strategies are well aligned to a clear Employment Value Proposition that delivers what the business needs and drives the ROI of L&W’s investment in compensation and rewards. Qualifications Measures include. Ensuring impeccable change leadership, project management leadership, timely delivery and achievement of required outcomes (operating at deep detail and altitude) across all change initiatives involving or led by Total Rewards such that there is high trust and credibility of the function with Corporate partners, the People Capability team, our Compensation Committee and our employee base. To oversee all areas of Total Rewards including Cash compensation and incentives, equity programs and systems, Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance, Relocation, supported by a team of 12 Total Rewards professionals, and to own the relationship with our Board Advisor to the Compensation Committee to ensure successful preparation, previews and presentation of all Compensation Committee materials and topics. This includes leading strategy and execution on a wide range of complex global topics. Outcomes: Ensure Rewards programs deliver outcomes within budgets: cash compensation (merit, bonus) benefit costs, equity budgets and burn rate targets, and projected relocation expense, optimizing expense where possible to sustain or improve offerings while delivering savings to the bottom line where possible. Contribute deep and strong subject matter expertise in Executive Compensation and Equity programs and administration, especially related to L&W’s transition to an ASX sole listed company. Successfully own detailed execution, raise and resolve strategic and employee experience issues and align stakeholders on the optimal path forward. Working closely with Business Partners and business leaders, successfully design and administer special incentives for our various groups of Game Design talent, Executives and others on special programs. Improving governance to minimize the error rate across these programs. Own the Total Rewards track for all M&A activity globally as a high-performing member of the deal team, partnering effectively with the lead Executive Business Partner and other People Capability and Corporate partners. Anticipating and mitigating challenges and driving to program harmonization where applicable. Develop a strategic EVP to guide investments and a communications campaign to increase ROI. Develop and implement a strategy globally that ensures a consistent baseline EVP/employee experience around the world for Benefits offerings while optimizing cost and efficiency. This includes working with business stakeholders to phase affordability of changes. Flawlessly execute Compensation Committee preparation, the Annual Cycle process, M&A support and ad-hoc projects that strengthen the credibility of the function. Achieve strong employee sentiment feedback about L&W’s programs (e.g., Annual Cycle process, Benefits offerings, ESPP, etc.) Sustain the high engagement of the high-performing Total Rewards Team. Develop the team to have a great career experience and advance through curated learning assignments that grow their expertise with your mentorship, remove single points of failure on the team and allow organizational design flexibility as our organization and needs evolve. Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief People Capability Officer and other Executives in and outside of the People Capability team on Total Rewards matters and more broadly as your experience enables. Skill competencies: Subject matter expertise in all areas of global Total Rewards: Cash compensation, equity, wellness, mobility and corporate governance, informed by next practices and strong market data. Depth in equity strategy, management and administration as well as performance incentives. Deep knowledge of and ability to roll-up sleeves to own detailed analysis and strategy development in areas such as burn rate and TSR. Ability to lead and grow a global team of highly motivated A-players that are extremely effective in achieving the goals they are tasked with, and leading a culture of great partnership across the organization and creating a strong sense of team across the global Total Rewards team. Ability to develop and present Rewards strategies to Executive and Board leadership to drive the right discussions and decisions with speed and accuracy no matter the complexity. Owning projects and programs defined by seamless partnership with interdependent functions (PC Technology, Talent & Learning and Business Partners) and key corporate stakeholders (Accounting, Finance, Legal, etc.). Global experience to assess and strategize about the impact of renumeration strategies and systems for employees across the globe, understanding what questions to ask about tax impact and the limits and workaround regarding systems and programs. Passion for/obsession with optimizing processes, stellar organization of details and leveraging engaging communications to mobilize the necessary organizational behavior. Strong technical acumen in the Microsoft suite of products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and produce polished, executive level presentations and easily digestible employee communications.
