We are seeking an Associate Director, Enablement to play a critical leadership role responsible for the tactical deployment of vetted vendors and management of day-to-day execution workflows driven by incoming sales orders. This position ensures operational integrity, resource scheduling, and capacity planning while serving as the primary escalation point for process or resource conflicts. Working closely with the Vendor Strategy Manager, this role activates vendor resources for installation projects and leads a team of Project Managers to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely deployments. What you'll do: Team Leadership & Process Integrity Manage a pool of Project Managers responsible for scheduling and work order execution. Ensure adherence to established processes for resource scheduling, work order creation, and inventory triggers. Provide coaching and oversight to maintain operational consistency and efficiency. Capacity Planning & Resource Deployment Collaborate with Associate Directors and Vendor Strategy Manager to confirm vendor capacity aligns with anticipated sales order volume. Oversee tactical deployment of vendors and ensure readiness for installation projects across multiple markets. Monitor resource utilization and adjust scheduling strategies to optimize throughput. Escalation & Issue Resolution Act as the primary escalation point for Project Managers regarding resource conflicts, scheduling challenges, or process roadblocks. Implement corrective actions and process improvements to maintain workflow integrity and minimize delays. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, Supply Chain and Field Operations to align execution timelines with client activation milestones. Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment triggered by work orders. Who you are: 7+ years of experience in operations, enablement, or project management within field services or technology deployment environments. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex scheduling and resource allocation processes. Strong understanding of vendor coordination and capacity planning. Excellent problem-solving and escalation management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana) and workflow systems. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 plus bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. This is a remote first role, with periodic travel (approx. 15–20%) for onboarding, site reviews, and vendor visits across our active markets (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami)
