Take the reins and drive operational excellence in Qualitative Market Research on our dynamic Qualitative Team! Location: Remote (Candidates can be based in most states within the U.S. but able to work within the EST time zone.) Department: Qualitative/Operations Are you ready to drive operational excellence in Qualitative market research? We’re looking for a Qualitative Operations Director, to lead the operational piece of multiple complex market research studies across healthcare (pharma), retail, and consumer sectors. What You’ll Do Work with a talented team of 10+ Qualitative professionals Strategically staff and manage multiple projects for success Coordinate participant recruitment and vendor/client relationships Maintain project management systems and lead weekly status calls Travel as needed to support client and project success What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Qualitative market research operations within healthcare (pharma) Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment BA/BS in market research, psychology, sociology, business, or related field Why You’ll Love Working Here At Lieberman, we believe great ideas come from great teams.
