Job Details: Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities • Install and maintain motors, fixtures, wiring, and other mechanical and electrical equipment. • Troubleshoot and repair machine controls, motors, lighting systems, and power circuitry. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of production equipment. • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair procedures. • Adhere to all workplace safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). • Order and manage electrical materials, spare parts, and shop inventory. • Conduct planned maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support continuous production. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems (including 480VAC and low-voltage) and mechanical equipment. • Ability to wire control panels, cabinets, and related components. • Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and power tools. • Solid knowledge of workplace safety protocols, including the ability to conduct safety audits. • PLC experience is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Education & Eligibility Requirements • Non-degreed, associate degree, Technical Trade Certification, or equivalent work experience. • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card Holder.
