Description Are you passionate about pricing in the Insurance Industry? Would you like to join a dedicated team responsible for deploying pricing programs across all our retail lines nationwide? This is then your next job! The USDS Earnix team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Product Analysis to design and build major pricing programs in Earnix. The Earnix initiative will transform our pricing ecosystem and post modeling processes to increase speed to market and deploy more sophisticated models across LOBs. **This position may have in-office requirements dependent upon candidate location.** In addition to building best practices within Earnix, this role will collaborate closely with modeling, data and technology teams to: Build USDS pricing programs in Earnix. Assist on designing best-in-class capabilities to support post-modeling activities, including calibration, dislocation, and filing. Ensure accuracy of all pricing and non-pricing outputs from Earnix. Coordinate planning and execution with IT/Experience/MDS with understanding of high-level rating architecture. Assist on creating and maintaining rigorous data models for Earnix analytical projects and API. Assist on designing and implementing other use cases of Earnix as a rating engine. As required, troubleshoot and support post launch queries and issues. Adopt transformational mindset to improve and automate processes where applicable. Regularly engages with the data science community and participates in cross-functional working groups. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information management, economics, or other quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years, typically 4 years or more of relevant work experience. Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools; proficient in new and emerging technologies; may possess data modeling skills. Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
